The House Maker

This exciting brief involved creating a new home builder brand from the ground up, including the name. Our client wanted to brand to tap into personal aspirations of owning a home, not just a house. A key consideration for the identity was that it must flex to reflect both rural and urban developments, as well as everything inbetween. This led to the development of a ‘chameleon’ style logo device that inherits distinct characteristics of a development. This provided both the freedom to produce unique sub-brands whilst retaining a strong relationship to the parent brand.


The in-house team were supplied with the brand tools necessary for launching this exciting new venture. The identity has applied to everything from pens to videos. The brand is quickly establising a strong profile in the northwest of England.
